One of the most common approaches when hiring freelancers is to go to one of the often American freelancer sites that exist, create a project or search among uploaded assignments and hire one of the 0-100 freelancers that are found.

Common challenges from the company's perspective are often which of the candidates can actually do the job, how do I produce a job description that contains everything required to carry out the project and what is a reasonable payment.

Sometimes it goes well and the right person is found and the job description set the right expectations for both the freelancer and the company, but sometimes it goes wrong and the outcome is negative. Regardless of the outcome, in most cases, a lot of time is spent recruiting the freelancer and while managing the project.
